R.R. 1, Lowe Farm, MB. Pastor Johnny Loewen served in 1995 as a salaried congregational leader. In 1995 there were 26 members. The congregation dissolved in June 1996. It had been affiliated with the Evangelical Mennonite Conference. The language of worship was Low German.

The congregation began services in 1987, and formally organized in 1989. Johnny Loewen is considered the founding leader of the group. The congregation originated through outreach among immigrants from Mexico and Belize. The intent was to provide this service in Low German until the mission of the church had been completed.
