The Mayfair Hutterite Colony was founded in 1973 (Hofer says 1972) as a division from the Riverside Hutterite Colony in Arden, Manitoba. In 2012 the Mayfair Hutterite Colony was a Schmiedeleut Group 2 colony. The minister was Jacob Gross and the manager was Solomon Gross.
