The Mennonite Brethren Collegiate Institute, a church high school, was established in September 1945 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in a few rooms in the building of the [[Mennonite Brethren Bible College (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada)|Mennonite Brethren Bible College]].
