Miller Mennonite Church (Miller, Hand County, South Dakota, USA)
The Miller Mennonite Church, located in Miller, Hand County, South Dakota, had its roots in several families from Milford, Nebraska, who moved to Miller in 1924. For several years the group worshipped with a local Union Sunday School movement.
The congregation was organized in 1928 with 17 charter members under the leadership of Bishop Lee O. Schlegel. The first pastor was William Schlegel, who served until 1932.
During the drought years of the 1930s, many members moved away and services ended. However, the Sunday School reorganized in 1938 and continued every Sunday. Worship services were held when visiting ministers were present.
Services were held in a schoolhouse until 1947 and in a Seventh-Day Adventist church until 1954, when a new frame church was built.
About 1980, the congregation voted to disband and sold the building to a Baptist congregation. Miller Mennonite Church was last listed in the 1981 Mennonite Yearbook.

Schlegel. The first pastor was Wm. Schlegel, who served until 1932. Paul J. Glanzer, the 1956 minister, began to serve in 1950. Services were held in a schoolhouse until 1947, and in a Seventh-Day Adventist church until 1954, when a new frame church was built. The membership in 1956 was 23.
