The Mine Centre Conservative Mennonite Church in Ontario began services in 1973, and formally organized in 1980. The congregation originated through outreach by the Conservative Mennonite Church of Ontario.

In 1985 there were 23 members; in 1995, 34; in 2000, 43. The congregation has been affiliated with the Conservative Mennonite Church of Ontario (1973-1978) and the Nationwide Fellowship Churches (1978-present). The language of worship is English.
