The church is located on West Hwy 11, turn at Mine Centre Road to Mine Centre; the church is 1/4 mile on the left. Minister Lorne McDowell served in 2000 as a congregational leader.

The Mine Centre Conservative Mennonite Church in Ontario began services in 1973, and formally organized in 1980. The congregation originated through outreach by the Conservative Mennonite Church of Ontario.

In 2014 the ministerial team was comprised of Bishop Gary Martin, Minister David Plett, and Deacon Aden Gingrich.
