The Otter Lake Conservative Mennonite congregation at Parry Sound, Ontario began services in 1966, and formally organized in 1972. The first building was occupied in 1972. The congregation originated through outreach by the Heidelberg and Calvary Conservative Mennonite churches.

The language of worship is English.

In 2014 the church had 51 members and was a member of the Midwest Mennonite Fellowship. The congregational leader was Bishop Thomas "Tom" Todd, Minister David Frey, and Deacon Timothy Gingrich.
