The Peace Arch Fellowship in Surrey, British Columbia began services in September 1985. The congregation originated through outreach by individuals and the the British Columbia Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches. The congregation was formerly known as White Rock Mennonite Brethren Church.
In September 2005 Panorama Community Church and Peace Arch Fellowship integrated into one congregation and selected the name Gracepoint Community Church in early 2006. Peter Nikkel served as senior pastor. In 2006 the congregation held two services weekly at 3487 King George Highway Surrey, BC (the former Peace Arch Fellowship sanctuary, known as the Surrey South Campus) and one at the Bell Centre, 6248 144th Avenue, Surrey, BC (the former Panorama Community Church site, known as the Bell Campus).
