Popudinské Močidľany (German Popodin, Pobudin), a village in the neighborhood of Holíč (German Holitsch) in Slovakia, not far from Göding in Moravia, where some Hutterian Brethren settled during the period of persecution in Moravia, which began in 1547, in the domain of Peter Bakich de Lák, who was at first their protector, but later proved to be one of their most violent opponents. In Popodin the deacon Michel Kramer died in 1551, who "made the song of the great Hungarian tribulation, how the brotherhood fared at that time," and in 1553 occurred the death of Simon Waindl, who had been ordained only the year before at Kutí (Gätte in the chronicles).
