The Quebradon Fellowship in Los Chiles, Alajuela, Costa Rica was established in 1989. The congregation started through outreach by Amish Mennonite Aid.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 20. The minister was Marcus Miller.
