Rakowitz (Räkowitz, Rakvice), a Bruderhof of the Hutterian Brethren, a village with 2,187 (in 2006) inhabitants, north of Eisgrub in Moravia, where the Anabaptists purchased several houses and settled in 1540. Johann von Lipa sold and also leased some lands to them. The chronicles relate that a brother was killed here on 16 July 1605.
