Shade Mountain Mennonite Church is located in Mount Pleasant Mills, Pennsylvania, USA. The church was organized in 1991. In 2010 the congregation was a member of the Pilgrim Mennonite Conference.

In 2014 the church had 50 members and was a member of the Northeastern Mennonite Conference. The ministerial team included Bishop Earl Ray Hursh, Minister J. Mahlon Faus, and Deacon Clayton R. Graybill.
