The Shiloh Conservative Mennonite Church, St. Thomas, [[Ontario (Canada)|Ontario]], [[Canada]] was organized 12 March 1995 by the [[Conservative Mennonite Church of Ontario]] as an outreach in the greater Aylmer, Ontario area. The outreach was particularly directed to the Low German Mennonite immigrant community in the area. Initially the group used the Avon-Crampton United Church in Avon. The congregation later built a church in the hamlet of Orwell, west of Aylmer on Highway 3.

The outreach was particularly directed to the Low German Mennonite immigrant community in the area. Initially the group used the Avon-Crampton United Church in Avon. The congregation later bought the former Aylmer Bible School and used it as as its church and for the Shiloh Christian School.
