Skyline Mennonite Church was founded in January 2004 in Canon City, Colorado. The church joined the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in July 2004.

In 2012 the leading minister was Ken Miller and the associate pastor was Jason Yoder. The congregational membership was 67 and the average weekly attendance was 145.
