Slee, Jacobus Cornelis van (1841-1929)

Jacobus Cornelis van Slee, a Dutch Reformed pastor, whose last term of service, at Deventer 1891-1913, is of interest for Mennonite history, was the author of De Rijnsburger Collegianten (Haarlem, 1895), a treatise which was awarded the Teyler Foundation gold medal. Van Slee received an honorary Th.D. degree from the University of Groningen in 1914.
