The Stauffer Preaching Appointment near Bright, ON met in home of a Stauffer family in Blenheim Township. This appointment for every fourth Sunday was shown in the Mennonite Conference of Ontario Calendar of Appointments in 1837 and continued through 1858. It appears to have discontinued when the Blenheim Mennonite Church was built. The language of worship was German. The congregation originated through immigration from Pennsylvania.
