Sun Valley Evangelical Mennonite Brethren Church, located in Los Angeles, California, was organized in 1942. Meetings were at first held in a store building. In 1944 the first church building was erected, enlarged in 1948 and 1955; it now has a seating capacity of 200. In 1958 the membership was 55, with David J. Dirks as pastor.
