Template:Auth and cite-6

This template prints out citation styles for the given wiki page, and also creates semantic parameters for author1, author2, author3, author4, author5 and author 6. 
Parameters:
* date: Publication date for the citation
* a1_last, a1_first: First  author, last and first names
* a2_last, a2_first: Second author, last and first names
* a3_last, a3_first: Third author, last and first names
* a4_last, a4_first: Fourth author, last and first names
* a5_last, a5_first: Fifth author, last and first names
* a6_last, a6_first: Sixth author, last and first names
