Mekhior Vet, an Anabaptist martyr, a friend and traveling companion of Georg (Jorg) Blaurock. He was burned at the stake at Dracha "in the time of Michael Sattler," i.e., in 1527. The Hutterite Chron­ik calls him Veit and says that he was burned at Ettach (Switzerland?).
