Vierstra family

Vierstra, a Mennonite family found at IJlst in Friesland, Netherlands, where some of its members served as deacons. Sieger Meintes Vierstra (1838- 1915) was treasurer of the church for 25 years. Meinte Jans Vierstra (1862-1936), a member of the same family, served the Hindeloopen congregation for many years as a treasurer.
