The Whistler Community Church in Whistler, British Columbia originated in 1977, when a Bible club was started in Whistler in the local elementary school. In 1979 a small group of people began meeting for Sunday services in the Skier's Chapel at Whistler's Creekside. In 1980 this group formally organized and joined the British Columbia Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches. The congregation outgrew the Skiers' Chapel and began to meet in the Myrtle Philip Community Centre in April 1993. In January 2003 the church received title to a 1.74 acre piece of property at 7226 Fitzsimmons Road North, which it plans to develop in the future.

In 2010 the congregation had an average weekly attendance of 97.
