Willeboorts, a former Dutch Mennonite family, at first at Vlissingen in Zeeland, later particularly at Amsterdam. This family may have descended from the martyr Willeboort Cornelisz. Oillaert Willeboort(s) was the elder of the Vlissingen Mennonite congregation ca.l628-after 1665. In 1632 he signed the Dordrecht Confession in the name of the Vlissingen congregation. In 1665 he sided with the Galenist party against Tobias Govertsz (van den Wijngaard) and the Zonists. In Amsterdam, some of the family were deacons of the Lamist congregation. Daniel and Jacob Willeboorts moved to Königsberg, East Prussia in 1752 and joined the Mennonite Church. In Amsterdam this family died out in the 18th century.
