Wine Spring Schoolhouse, Peru, Pendleton County, [[West Virginia (USA)|West Virginia]], is located in South Fork (Branch of the Potomac) country several miles north of Sweedlin Valley. The Mennonites ([[Mennonite Church (MC)|Mennonite Church]]) began preaching here ca. 1920. It was an extension of the work from the Sweedlin Valley by the Northern District council. In the late 1950s the pastor of the [[Pleasant Grove Mennonite Church (Pendleton County, West Virginia, USA)|Pleasant Grove]] church in Sweedlin Valley was responsible for the services here.
