Zion Mennonite Church was founded in 2008 in Etna Green, Indiana (15 miles south of Nappanee). The church joined the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in July 2009.

In 2015 the leading minister was Tom Gearin. The congregational membership was 30.

Zion Mennonite Church was no longer listed in the 2023 BMA Directory.
