The House Church of Freeman, South Dakota, USA, joined the Central Plains Conference of Mennonite Church USA in 2021; it had been an independent rural house previously.

As implied by the name, the group meets in private homes. Jill Hofer, a spiritual director, was its founding leader.

In 2023 the congregation remained part of the Central Plains Conference of Mennonite Church USA.
