The Belleview Mennonite Church ([[General Conference Mennonite Church (GCM)|General Conference Mennonite Church]]), a [[Central Conference Mennonite Church|Central Conference ]]congregation located near Columbus in southeastern Kansas. Samuel Mishler, who came to [[Kansas (USA)|Kansas]] from [[Illinois (USA)|Illinois]] in 1880 and who lived about 15 miles (25 km) south of Columbus, preached for the Mennonites from Illinois who settled near Columbus, and was responsible for the organization of the congregation. In about 1888 Mishler ordained John Nofsinger, a member of the congregation and one of the original settlers, as pastor of the church. The congregation had no conference affiliation until 1920, when it became a member of the Central Conference of Mennonites. Its membership in 1952 was 14.

The Belleview Mennonite Church (General Conference Mennonite Church), a Central Conference congregation located near Columbus in southeastern Kansas. Samuel Mishler, who came to Kansas from Illinois in 1880 and who lived about 15 miles (25 km) south of Columbus, preached for the Mennonites from Illinois who settled near Columbus, and was responsible for the organization of the congregation. In about 1888 Mishler ordained John Naffziger, a member of the congregation and one of the original settlers, as pastor of the church.

The congregation had no conference affiliation until 1920 when it became a member of the Central Conference of Mennonites. Its membership in 1952 was 14.
