The Cayo Christian Fellowship in Esperanza Village, Belize was established in 1970.

After Hurricane Hattie in 1961, volunteers from Amish Mennonite Aid helped with reconstruction in Belize. Some stayed and the Beachy Amish mission in Belize began.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 40. The bishop was Orlando Matute, and the minister was Laban Kropf.
