Northend Church in St. Catharines had is first Sunday worship service on 18 November 2018. The church was begun in a familiar building, used formerly by Fairview Community Church. The church was begun to be a place in the north end of St. Catharines, Ontario where “anyone can come” and “where people can experience the love of Jesus.” The vision was to build “a large Christ-centred Church.” In 2019, the founding pastor, Mike Sherbino, worked with a team that included a worship & youth life pastor, a pastor to seniors, a children’s ministry coordinator, an operations director and singles group coordinator.
