Vanguard Hutterite Colony in Vanguard, Saskatchewan, was founded in 1980 as a division from the Waldeck Hutterite Colony.

A daughter colony of the Vanguard Hutterite Colony is the Wymark Hutterite Colony (Vanguard, Saskatchewan, Canada).

In 2017 Vanguard Hutterite Colony was a Lehrerleut colony.
