Weilertal (Alsace, France)

Weilertal (Val-de-Ville) in Alsace, a valley where the Mennonite congregation of Markirch, also called Chatenois or Kestenholtz, held its meetings in the early 20th century. In 1941 the baptized membership numbered about 20. During World War II this congregation was dissolved, the few remaining members joining the Le Hang church.
