Moctezuma Colony (Chihuahua, Mexico)

Moctezuma (also known as Barreal) was a Mennonite colony founded in 2007 in the state of Chihuahua in Mexico. In 2020 the population of the colony was estimated at approximately 1 to 100 individuals and the land area comprised of 24,600 hectares. The colonists came primarily from Manitoba (Mexico).
