The Neilburg Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation began services in the 1980s. Harold Wiebe is considered the founding leader of the group.

Ministers Wilbert Thiessen and Danny Toews served in 2001 as non-salaried congregational leaders. The language of worship is English.

The congregation operates Wheatland Christian School.
