Oak Ridge Church of God in Christ, Mennonite (Stover, Missouri, USA)
The Oak Ridge Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation near Stover, Missouri, USA was established in 1994. The congregation started after families from Clarksdale, Mississippi, and Winton, California, exploring the possibilities of raising poultry for the Tyson Foods plant in Sedalia, Missouri. The first families moved to the area in 1994, and the congregation was organized on 5 August 1994.
Initially, the congregation met in homes, then at the Lions Club in Cole Camp until 1996.
The Oak Ridge Country School began in 1996/97 in a rented home until the congregation built a new school, which also served as a church sanctuary.
In 2020 the congregation was part of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The minister was William Koehn.
