Schobbelant Bertels (d. 1568)

Schobbelant Bertels, a Calvinist martyr (erroneously listed by Génard as an Anabaptist) executed at Antwerp, Belgium, on 9 July 1568. The court records at Antwerp state that he was hanged, the Antwerpsch Chronykje that he was burned at the stake.
